Biography (8 p.m., A&E) continues "Fashion Week" with a profile of Giorgio Armani. Classic TV stars return for another round of celebrity Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (8 p.m., ABC). Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., WB) has another rerun; it's the one where Glory gets her hands on a transmogrification artifact while Buffy is preoccupied with her mom's condition. Angel (9 p.m., WB) repeats the episode in which an ancient shroud makes everybody act really weird. Frontline (10 p.m., PBS, check local listings) reruns "Secrets of the SAT," a report on the college entrance exam and how it affects the lives of high school seniors. Sipowicz is in the hot seat after a job-related shooting on NYPD Blue (10 p.m., ABC).

The new TV movie After the Storm (9 p.m., USA) stars Benjamin Bratt and Armand Assante as duplicitous fortune hunters after a sunken yacht's treasure. Based on a short story by Ernest Hemingway.
