Girl-kiss alert: Winona Ryder guests on Friends (8 p.m., NBC) as an old sorority sister -- and more -- from Rachel's college days. On Gilmore Girls (8 p.m., WB), Emily lets her hair down when Rory invites her to hang out in Stars Hollow. Woody Harrelson guests on Will & Grace (9 p.m., NBC) as an obnoxious new neighbor whose behavior Grace finds strangely attractive. On CSI (9 p.m., CBS), Grissom is on the case when a jogger's apparent death by mountain lion takes a suspicious turn. Nina teams up with Melissa Rivers to trash celebrities at an awards show on Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC). Oh, and Kathie Lee Gifford is also on board as a writer with a thing for Finch. Sally Field is back on ER (10 p.m., NBC) for May sweeps as Abby's mentally disturbed mother, whom Abby and Carter have to rescue from an Oklahoma motel room.
