Fear Factor (8 p.m., NBC) takes a cue from the "Survivor" menu and asks its contestants to swallow six live earthworms apiece. The very cool cartoon series SpongeBob SquarePants (8 p.m., Nickelodeon) moves into prime time for the summer. Check out the Violent Femmes' new video of the theme song. Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS) reruns the one where Ray is shocked to learn what everyone thinks of his fathering abilities. Our boy realizes that being evil sucks on a rerun of Angel (9 p.m., WB). The reality series Legal Action (9 p.m., Learning Channel) goes behind the scenes at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. Have you met our district attorney, Terence Hallinan? Hoo boy, you're in for a treat! Chris worries about what "Behind the Music" will dredge up about him on The Chris Isaak Show (10 p.m., Showtime).
