Punk poet Henry Rollins makes like Rod Serling as he hosts this anthology of spooky tales. Aidan Quinn, Lou Diamond Phillips and Samantha Mathis are the week's stars. On a rerun of CSI (9 p.m., CBS), Sara gets personally involved in the case of a woman raped and left for dead. Lucy Lawless guests as a hooker on a rerun of Just Shoot Me (9:30 p.m., NBC).


The Emmy nominations (8:30 a.m. ET/ 5:30 a.m. PT, E!) are announced today. "Buffy" fans will want to get up early and start the day with a hot, steaming cup of snub. Wouldn't it be cool to spend next Halloween dressed up as the Cowardly Lion from "The Wizard of Oz"?
