The second series of the delicious British comedy-drama Cold Feet (8 p.m. PT/11 p.m. ET, Bravo) is underway. Karen and David have added twin girls to their family, Pete and Jenny are separated but still living in the same house, and Rachel and Adam might be expecting. Luke "90210" Perry and Sherilyn "Twin Peaks" Fenn have guest roles on this week's Night Visions (9 p.m., Fox). 48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) reports on ecstasy. And in related programming, George W. drops ecstasy and goes wild on a rerun of That's My Bush! (10 p.m., Comedy Central).
