Biography (8 p.m., A&E) looks at the affair between Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles. Ray buys a sex aid for him and Debra, but the whole family finds out about it on Everybody Loves Raymond (9 p.m., CBS). On Angel (9 p.m., WB), the Host tries telepathy to figure out why Cordelia's visions are causing her so much pain. Becker (9:30 p.m., CBS) opens its season with John being ordered into therapy by a judge. Rhea Perlman guests.
