Our Wednesday Morning Download columnist, Thomas Bartlett, is far too professional to plug a track that he plays on. So we will: Thomas plays piano for Chocolate Genius on this lovely cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Bold as Love." (Free download available here.) Marc Anthony Thompson (aka Chocolate Genius) adds his own anti-Bush touch to the song, in case you don't recall Jimi singing "Go back to Texas" in the original.

Turn On
Overweight teenagers not into stomach stapling go to a weight-loss camp on tonight's "Dateline NBC" (8 p.m. EST; NBC) ... Speaking of camping: Watch Jackie and her sexual-preference-fence-walking boys go camping on "Playing It Straight" (8 p.m. EST, FOX).

Ashton watch: In case you missed him yesterday, Kutcher will be appearing again tonight, this time on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (11:35 p.m. EST; NBC).

Morning Briefing:

Showing her love and respect: Aretha Franklin made it out of the hospital, where she had been treated for what may have been an adverse reaction to antibiotics, and back home in time for her birthday yesterday. Upon her discharge, Franklin exclaimed, "Hallelujah and glory to God." (Click on Detroit)

Back inside: Eminem's ex-wife, Kim Mathers, is back in jail after it was determined that she'd dropped out of a drug treatment program. Mathers had been sentenced to serve time after being convicted of using cocaine while on probation, but was released early in order to attend the program. (Associated Press)

Gives a whole new meaning to "Sopranos": Frankie "Rag Doll" Valli might not be a mobster, but he plays one on TV, having joined the cast of "The Sopranos." Then again, Valli says he's not wholly unfamiliar with the types of characters featured on the show. "Coming from Newark, N.J., I've certainly been around a lot of that," the vintage singer says.
