Leave it to Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show” to get the big scoop on debate night. What was John Kerry intently scribbling on his note pad while President Bush was speaking? The enterprising Stewart got his hands on the pad after the debate and revealed Kerrys words to “The Daily Show” audience: “I’m so crushing him.”
