The enemy of Moby's enemy...

Moby and Eminem are not friends. In 2001, the gentle, vegetarian techno musician criticized the rapper for his lyrical violence, saying, "[I]t disturbs me that he glorifies homophobia and misogyny in his songs, especially seeing as his listeners are, for the most part, very impressionable 10-year-old boys." Eminem responded with this couplet in the hit "Without Me:" "And Moby? You can get stomped by Obie/ You thirty-six year old baldheaded fag, blow me." He later murdered Moby in effigy on stage during his Anger Management tour.

But Moby was impressed enough by Eminem's new anti-Bush video to put all that aside. "wow," he writes on his blog . "you know that eminem and i have had our differences in the past. but this video is the best thing that i've seen all year. it's an amazing song and an even more amazing video. please go watch."
