Moments after CNN aired the latest tape of Sept. 11 mastermind Osama bin Laden yesterday, a Bush/Cheney spokeswoman appeared on camera to warn the Kerry camp against trying to play politics with the video. But apparently other Republican strategists feel quite comfortable using the chilling news for political fodder. Consider the fear card played.
