Forgiveness is sweet

Good news: The rest of the world heard all those endearing apologies on Sorry Everybody and responded gracefully.

The hundreds of photos and messages on Apologies Accepted from Belgium, the Netherlands, Mexico, Slovakia, Greenland, South Korea, Portugal, India, China, the U.K. and, yes, France -- just to name a few -- extend forgiveness and sympathy to all the "blue" Americans.

One Austrian even offers an in-kind apology for Arnold Schwarzenegger.

This Thanksgiving, it's something to be thankful for: At least some of our fellow global citizens have forgiven the 49 percent of Americans who didn't vote for Bush.
