New York duo Parker Noon and Lily Wolfe's third and last record, "The Low Lows," comes cloaked in great atmospheric swaths of reverb, which gives it a drowsy, drunken feel and also serves to muffle Parker's alternately mournful and bitter lyrics. "Suit of Fire" sounds like a Stephin Merritt track -- stuttering, trebly drum machine; analogue synth; morbid baritone.
