New York by way of Massachusetts trio Mobius Band is starting to get noticed for their intricate electro-rock, and it's easy to see why, as the band has an appealing way of combining sonic playfulness with singability. "Starts Off With a Bang," the first track from their new "City vs. Country" EP, sounds like a happy Interpol with electronic beats.
