Thrift-store pop played with infectious delight.

"Who'd Stop the Rain" and "RingAlingAling" are two pieces of cheerful, mod-tastic indie pop from Denver's Dressy Bessy, a band that plays not particularly original girl-group punkishness ("thrift-store pop," I'll call it) with such obvious delight and verve that it's hard to resist smiling along with them.
