Broadsheet hates to be in the position of defending Condoleezza Rice. Fortunately, this article in yesterday's Pravda, expressing the opinion of politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky -- "The US Secretary of State released a coarse anti-Russian statement. This is because she is a single woman who has no children" -- is so self-evidently vile that we don't have to!
Oh, so that's Condi's problem
Pravda: Rice's single, childless status makes her worse than "malicious mothers-in-law, women that evoke hatred and irritation with everyone."
