The Hill is reporting that “voting irregularities” will force House Republicans to vote a second time today on a replacement for ousted Majority Leader Tom DeLay. It seems that the numbers of votes counted the first time around didn’t match the number of voters in the room.
Maybe they should ask Katherine Harris to help
