Slow Runner sound like Ben Folds stripped of his most egregious smartass tendencies and filtered through a post-Postal Service sepia-toned lens of electronic blips and gurgles and teen drama-friendly swells. Their best song, "Break Your Mama's Back," is lean, tight and catchy, and has been featured on "Grey's Anatomy."
