More use of the "I" word

Feingold explains his call for a Bush censure.

Aside from the usual assortment of bad hair (that compilation is in the works), the most notable moment on the Sunday pundit shows was the announcement by Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisc., that he would introduce a measure in the Senate today to censure President Bush over the domestic eavesdropping program. Lots of casual references to the "I" word. Below is his call on ABC's "This Week," folllowed by a response from Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, R-Tenn., who -- surprise! -- claims such criticism of the president helps the terrorists.
