“Railroad Man” was the simplest, folkiest track on last year’s brilliant “Blinking Lights and Other Revelations,” a modestly elegiac song about how the obsolescence of steam engines renders the man who operates them obsolete as well, about how a fast-moving world leaves people behind. This is a solo acoustic performance from “Live at Town Hall.”
