Senate confirms Hayden as CIA chief

Despite concerns over spying, Hayden gets 78-15 vote.

The Senate has just confirmed Air Force Gen. Michael Hayden to replace Porter Goss as the head of the Central Intelligence Agency. The vote was 78-15.
