We hope all of VH1's "Heavy: The Story of Metal," is as gripping as this grim scene with Warrant singer Jani Lane, who feels (appropriate) remorse for unleashing the supremely obnoxious "Cherry Pie" on us way back when. Poor Jani. And to think, he seemed so happy when he lost those 23 pounds on "Celebrity Fit Club 2"! (Thanks to Mark for the tip!)
