If you tire of rain-plastered TV he-men and jittery hurri-cams blowing in the wind during storm season, maybe you out to try tucking into the BBC. This nighttime report, issued as Ernesto came ashore, is so uneventful, it nearly lulled us to sleep -- no matter how menacing the reports of the billowing foliage. Also: we suspect this was shot in someone's bathtub, and the boat is actually six inches long.
