About those exit polls

The RNC wants you to know that they're not accurate.

The Republican National Committee is distributing talking points its people can use to argue that exit polls are unreliable and inaccurately favor Democratic candidates. A source tells Taegan Goddard that the goal is to keep Republicans moving toward the voting booth even if leaked exit polls suggest that the situation is hopeless. Of course, those talking points could also come in handy if -- surprise of surprises! -- voting machines start pumping out election results that diverge once again from what the exit polls predicted.
