On Tuesday, Mostafa Tabatabainejad was approached by UCLA police officers at UCLS’s Powell library and asked to show a student identification, a routine nighttime library safety check, police say. When Tabatabainejad then allegedly refused to show ID and subsequently refused to leave the library, police brought out a taser. Screams of pain and outrage ensued. Warning: This video is pretty distubing.This video captures the incident and is arguably most haunting for its audio. The police action is under review and Tabatabainejad is reportedly planning to file a brutality lawsuit.
