Salon's guide to what to watch on Wednesday: Sink your teeth into "Top Chef's" hamburger challenge.

Happy Hump Day! To celebrate, why not stop by your favorite burger joint on the way home (my choice: In-N-Out Burger, double meat combo, add ketchup, mustard and raw onions), pick up a big, juicy hamburger, some fries and a chocolate shake (you have my permission!), then sit yourself down in front of "Top Chef" (10 p.m. EDT on Bravo) and watch as the cheftestants take part in a hamburger-making challenge. Although last season's snotty Marcel is no longer around to whip up a delightful mustard foam, I'm betting this very talented group will have some cool ideas up their sleeves. Personally, I'm rooting for Tre and CJ, but who wants to hear my opinion when you can read all about what Anthony Bourdain thinks about this gaggle of cooks on his merciless "Top Chef" blog?

If you're the kind of person who rebalances your budget and gazes at your retirement portfolio once a week, you'd probably enjoy CNBC's "Fast Money MBA Challenge," in which teams from the top eight business schools in the country compete for a 200K prize (midnight EDT on CNBC). And watch the final four contestants on "So You Think You Can Dance" (8 p.m. EDT on Fox) duke it out on the dance floor in Part 1 of a two-night season finale. (Part 2 airs Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT.)
