If you learn one thing from "Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares Revisited" (8 p.m. EDT on BBC America), it's that people start restaurants every other day without knowing a thing about how to run them. Seeing all of their amateur mistakes and tasting their poorly prepared food makes chef Gordon Ramsay sneer in disgust -- which is why this show is so fun to watch. But for all of his hot-tempered asides, Ramsay offers lots of very practical plans for getting these restaurants to turn a profit, and the very satisfying results -- great food, happy customers and proud restaurant owners -- make "Hell's Kitchen" looks like a foolish three-ring circus by comparison. Fox apparently agrees, and plans to air an American version of the show this fall. So tune in soon so you can say, "The British version is sooo much better!" You know you want to.

Two shows wrap up their seasons on MTV: The fourth season finale of "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'N Out" airs at 10 p.m. EDT, and the 14th season finale of "Cribs" follows at 10:30 p.m. EDT.
