You hate Starbucks with a vengeance. But who's to blame, really? Well, tonight on Biography, "Howard Schultz and Starbucks" (9 p.m. EDT on Biography) tells the story of how Starbucks chairman Schultz transformed a company that sold coffee beans into a ubiquitous global menace, with 13,000 stores in 39 countries. Is Schultz a brilliant entrepreneur or a diabolical genius? And is he the one who dreamed up the pretentiously moronic Tall-Grande-Venti nomenclature?

"Nureyev: The Russian Years" airs on Great Performances (9 p.m. EDT on PBS, check local listings). And in "Crazy Sexy Cancer" (9 p.m. EDT on TLC), 31-year-old Kris Carr documents her battle with cancer, traveling the country in search of other women determined to beat the disease.
