Sen. Larry Craig will hold a press conference Saturday to resign, according to the Associated Press, quoting anonymous GOP state officials. Idaho Gov. Butch Otter has already settled on a successor. That would be Lt. Gov. Jim Risch -- like Otter and Craig, a Republican.
