San Diego mayor has a change of heart

Republican Jerry Sanders announces he will sign a City Council resolution to support same-sex marriage.

Speaking from the heart, San Diego's mayor changed his position on gay marriage. He said his daughter and members of the staff are part of the gay and lesbian community and that he no longer sees civil unions as a fair alternative to marriage.
