On “The Tonight Show” Wednesday night, Jay Leno asked Barack Obama if he found it “discouraging” that Hillary Clinton “appears to be a shoo-in.” Obama’s response: “Hillary is not the first politician in Washington to declare ‘mission accomplished’ a little too soon.”
