"Even though the woman is a prostitute, it doesn't mean she couldn't be a victim. Once she says 'No, it's not OK,' then to have sex with her is rape."

-- Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association Jane Leslie Dalton, excoriating a municipal judge who ruled that a case in which a prostitute was forced to have sex at gunpoint wasn't rape but a "theft of services.''
