Karl Rove is … right?

The Wall Street Journal is up this morning with a new Op-Ed from Karl Rove. You can question his facts and reject most of his premise — tell us again how the Democratic leaders in Congress are “beholden to MoveOn and other left-wing groups” — but it’s hard to argue with his conclusion:

“Democrats had a moment after the 2006 election, but now that moment has passed. They’ve squandered it. They have demonstrated both the inability and unwillingness to govern.”
