Ron Paul's schedule of public events in South Carolina today includes stops at a Beef 'O' Brady's in Fort Mill, at a restaurant called Thursday Too in Rock Hill and at Bob Jones University in Greenville.

He may be too late: The university's chancellor, Bob Jones III, and the dean of its college of arts and sciences have already endorsed Mitt Romney, who held an off-campus, invitation-only meeting at the Greenville Hilton in November to "reach out" to the BJU community.
