The Arizona Republican, who's currently under federal indictment, resists pressure from his colleagues.

When last we met Rep. Rick Renzi, R-Ariz., at the end of last week, he'd just been indicted on several federal charges. On Monday, we found out that Renzi -- despite having previously announced that he will not seek reelection, and despite pressure from his colleagues and party leaders in Congress -- will be staying in his seat for the moment.

In a statement released Monday, Renzi said, "I will not resign and take on the cloak of guilt because I am innocent ... My legal team of Reid Weingarten and Kelly Kramer will handle these legal issues while I continue to serve my constituents."
