Polls closed in Mississippi minutes ago, at 8 p.m. EDT, and Fox News has called the Democratic primary there for Barack Obama. The other cable networks are holding off on a call, but they are willing to say that Obama has a big lead over Hillary Clinton in exit polls.

Update: MSNBC has just chimed in with its projection, for Obama; CNN has still not made its call.

Update II: Wolf Blitzer has sung, and that's all, folks -- CNN has called Mississippi for Obama.
