"The Return of Jezebel James" (8:30 p.m. on Fox) may be a little frenetic and low on laughs, but we keep hoping its stars, Lauren Ambrose and Parker Posey, will magically transform it into a thing of beauty. On Saturday, the excitement of the NCAA Tournament Final Four begins at 6 p.m. on CBS. "Torchwood" airs at 9 p.m. on BBC America and bond flick "Casino Royale" airs at 9 p.m. on Showtime. On Sunday, the fifth season of "Wire in the Blood" premieres at 8 p.m. on BBC America, "John Adams" airs at 9 p.m. on HBO and the final four face a weepy challenge on "Oprah's Big Give" (9 p.m. on ABC). A newly married couple takes home the prize on the finale of "Here Come the Newlyweds" (10 p.m. on ABC) while "Tracey Ullman's State of the Union" pokes fun at Arianna Huffington and Laurie David (10 p.m. on Showtime).
