As you may have noticed, we almost never recommend televised sports on this page, but tonight marks the one big exception to the rule: the "NCAA Basketball Championship Final" (6 p.m. EDT on CBS). You take the most exciting sport, college basketball, you give it a knock-down, drag-out tournament where legends are made and catchphrases are coined (Phi Slamma Jamma!), you throw in a little hoarse-voiced hysteria from Dick Vitale, and you've got appointment TV on your hands. Sure, after the excitement of 10-seed Davidson upsetting a bunch of great teams, the all-1-seed Final Four was a little bit predictable (even if it was the first time in NCAA history that it happened), but that won't make that "One Shining Moment" any less ... uh, shiny.

Also…

Julia Child's life and work are the focus of Monday's episode of "Chefography" (9 p.m. on Food). The third part of "Retirement Revolution," a look at the retirement challenges of baby boomers, airs at 10 p.m. on PBS, and three women are eliminated on "The Bachelor: London Calling" (10 p.m. on ABC). (ABC owes some serious apologies to the Clash for that one.)
