A "True Enough" panel discussion in Berkeley

If you're around, stop by!

Published April 25, 2008 7:36PM (EDT)

If you're in Berkeley this weekend, stop by Sylvia Paull's monthly Cybersalon, where I'll be talking about my book, "True Enough: Learning to Live in Post-Fact Society."

This'll be a panel discussion, not a reading. Along with Mike Godwin, of the Wikimedia Foundation (and of Godwin's Law), and humorlessbitch.com's Zo Spencer, I'll be discussing how the Internet, talk radio, cable news, and other new media affect our understanding of what's true and what's false in the news.

Sparks are sure to fly!

The details:

Sunday, April 27
4 to 6 p.m.
Hillside Club, 2286 Cedar St., Berkeley
$15 at the door (pizza, drinks included)
