A "True Enough" panel discussion in Berkeley
If you're around, stop by!
April 25, 2008 11:36PM (UTC)
If you're in Berkeley this weekend, stop by
Sylvia Paull's monthly Cybersalon, where I'll be talking about my book, "True Enough: Learning to Live in Post-Fact Society."
This'll be a panel discussion, not a reading. Along with
Mike Godwin, of the Wikimedia Foundation (and of Godwin's Law), and humorlessbitch.com's Zo Spencer, I'll be discussing how the Internet, talk radio, cable news, and other new media affect our understanding of what's true and what's false in the news.
Sparks are sure to fly!
