Barack Obama's campaign is already out with a new ad that uses footage from Tuesday night's debate to hit John McCain on his healthcare plan.

The spot, titled "Taketh," replays a snippet of McCain talking about the plan, saying, "I want to give every American a $5,000 refundable tax credit." Then it repeats Obama's response from the debate: "He says that he's going to give you a $5,000 tax credit. What he doesn't tell you is that he's going to tax your employer-based healthcare benefits, for the first time ever ... so what one hand giveth, the other hand taketh away."
