Few things have depressed me more than reading that someone, way back in 1982, hurt mentor Tim Gunn so badly he hasn't had the will to pursue a relationship since. (Tim, if you're reading this, please note that the ladies of Broadsheet adore you and would never, ever break your heart again.) But even though he's no longer seeking long-term love, Gunn is still standing up for same-sex-marriage rights. Though the "Project Runway" star is generally quite tactful to the show's moody, sensitive contestants, he doesn't mince words in a new ad for No on Prop 8, an organization that opposes California's hotly contested proposition to ban gay marriage. "It's simply wrong to take people's rights away!" Gunn exclaims. And, of course, he's right. Tim Gunn is always right. (Via Jezebel)
