Blagojevich chief of staff resigns

The governor himself is holding on, but his staffer, who was also arrested Tuesday, is stepping down.

Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's chief of staff, John Harris, has resigned.

Harris, who was -- like his boss -- arrested at his home Tuesday morning, reportedly handed in his letter of resignation in person. His lawyer says he will not be going back to the office.
