Barack Obama and George W. Bush are rolling up Pennsylvania Avenue right now in the motorcade, made up of the new Secret Service Cadillac “Beast” limos. Cheering can be heard following the cars from the White House to the Capitol. Obama and Bush, in one car, followed the wheelchair-bound Dick Cheney and Joe Biden in another, and Michelle Obama and Laura Bush in another car still.
