Do we really have a deal this time?

Congressional sources say the final obstacle to agreement has been overcome; hopefully, this time there are no crossed fingers or take backs.

More than one media outlet is now reporting that we now have an agreement on the stimulus -- for real, this time. 

The stumbling block I wrote about in my previous post, the issue of funding for school construction and mondernization, has reportedly been overcome. As for how it's been overcome, well, no one's saying yet.
