Liberal groups unveil new pro-stimulus ad

The spot continues the organizations' push in favor of President Obama's policies, and thanks him for signing the bill.

Two liberal groups -- Americans United for Change and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees -- have just released a new pro-stimulus ad. It does seem a little late to be putting out a spot in favor of a bill that President Obama signed yesterday, but the point seems more to keep up the pressure on lawmakers to support Obama's economic policies, and to send the message that measures like the stimulus will help heal the economy.

The ad will reportedly run on national cable and local television in Washington, D.C.
