Poor Sarah Palin

Along with other political luminaries like Jessica Simpson and Kim Kardashian, the Alaska governor is targeted in Eminem's latest music video.

Rapper Eminem is back with his first album since 2005, and naturally, his first single, "We Made You," features lots of his usual celebrity-bashing. This time, one of the celebrities mocked is Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who's played in the video (which you can see below) by Lisa Ann, a porn actress who starred in Hustler's parody film "Who's Nailin' Paylin?"

In the scheme of the song, and the video, Palin actually gets off easier than some of her fellow targets, including Jessica Simpson, Kim Kardashian and Amy Winehouse. But over at Newsbusters, a blog run by the Media Research Center, a conservative press watchdog, Noel Sheppard was still scandalized:

In the video published at YouTube moments ago, a scantily clad Palin look alike is sitting on a desk while a slighty-dressed Eminem makes sexual gyrations at her side.

As this song is extremely vulgar and provocative, readers are cautioned before proceeding further...

Moments later in the video, the Palin look alike reappears seductively singing to Eminem about how everybody wants him because he's a rock star. At 2:34, they end up in bed together with Eminem passing wind.

Yeah -- this is some classy stuff almost ensuring it will be a hit.

Heaven help us.

For the record, the video is, to borrow a phrase, not safe for work. So if you can't watch, here are the offending lyrics about Palin:

Well I can be as gentle and as smooth as a gentleman/Give me my venom, an inhaler, and two Xenadrine/And I'll invite Sarah Palin out to dinner, then/Nail her. Baby, say hello to my little friend.
