Clashes between protesters and government forces and militia in Tehran turned bloody on Saturday. According to Tehran Bureau, an independent Web operation that's been one of the best sources for news during the current turmoil, as of 11 p.m. local time, there were 30 dead at Fatemiyeh Hospital in Tehran, along with 200 wounded.

Tehran Bureau also reports that police aren't leaving those already injured and in hospitals alone. At Fatemiyeh Hospital, authorities were reportedly taking names of injured protesters as they arrived. At another hospital, police reportedly attacked in order to arrest the 30 wounded protesters there.

This could get worse before it gets better; Tehran Bureau is also reporting that people around Tehran are massing for a night march.
