Report: Coakley calls Brown, concedes

Massachusetts Democrat reportedly acknowledges her opponent will be the state's next senator

Still no calls from the Associated Press or the television networks, but seems like the special election to replace Sen. Ted Kennedy is over. The Boston Globe is reporting that Democrat Martha Coakley called her Republican opponent, Scott Brown, and conceded.
