All signs point to Charlie Crist announcing tomorrow that he’ll run for the Senate in Florida as an independent. Now the speculation begins: Which party will he caucus with if he wins in November?
Our Mike Madden actually looked at this very question last week. The upshot: the Republican senators who were willing to talk about the possbility of a Crist victory said they’d welcome him into their ranks. “I think we’d want him to caucus with us — I would,” Lindsey Graham told us.
