Law professors respond to the White House's talking points

Yesterday, we published talking points that the White House prepared and circulated in response to questions about Elena Kagan's hiring record at Harvard Law School. Today, with Politico's Mike Allen reporting that Kagan will be President Obama's choice for the Supreme Court, the law professors who raised those initial concerns have responded with a fact-check of the talking points. Previously, he hosted “Up with Steve Kornacki” on Saturday and Sunday 8-10 a.m. ET and was a co-host on MSNBC’s ensemble show “The Cycle.” He has written for the New York Observer, covered Congress for Roll Call, and was the politics editor for Salon. His book, which focuses on the political history of the 1990s, is due out in 2017.
