Creamy raspberry orange salad dressing recipe

(Makes approximately 6 servings.)


  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Blend the juice, vinegar, honey, yogurt and oil in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the raspberries, salt and pepper and "pulse" them until mixed.
